Video Production Pipeline

The four CODE stages are the main menu. Capture runs strategy through workbench (structure, workflow, scripts, Canva/GitHub); Organize, Distill, and Express take that output to delivery.
Main stages
Open a stage from the left menu, or jump in from the cards below. Flow is left to right; analytics from Express feed the next Capture cycle.
Stage 1

Collect ideas, scripts, A-roll, B-roll, and screen recordings before anything is filed.
Stage 2
🗂️ Organize
Import into DaVinci, name bins, and put every clip where the edit can find it.
Stage 3
✂️ Distill
Cut, grade, mix, and gate until only the story that ships remains.
Stage 4
🚀 Express
Publish to YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, then read the feedback loop.
